		<description>Jon: It&#039;s a valid point from both sides of the fence, if the owners of the restaurants/bars are clear smoking is allowed, then non-smokers can steer clear. That&#039;s given there is an option of non smoking bars etc..in Malaysia there is no such thing yet. Smoking gives too much Tax relief to the government, so even with the lame Tak Nak campaigns, they aren&#039;t really against smoking.</description>

Doesn&#039;t this violate the constitutional rights of non-smokers then? Honestly, bars and restaurants are for consumption of food, not smoking. I support this move, it is already in place here in Australia but I wish developing countries such as Malaysia will adopt this move.</description>
