Why is it so hard to quit smoking?

There are many ways to stop smoking, adjusting your habits by changing your behavioural sequences, going cold-turkey (my method), using drugs or nicotine replacements (gum, inhalers, patches etc.), by hynotherapy and perhaps other methods like herbal replacements.

Everyone knows how to lose weight right?

Don’t eat foods with fat in them and exercise!

Everyone knows how to give up smoking right?

Don’t light the cigarette..easier said than done..

Reasons why I wanted to quit smoking.

I was feeling lethargic, every day, feeling lethargic.

I had no energy.

You lose your sense of smell.

Things become less tasty as you destroy your tastebuds with the putrid but addictive grey smoke, filling your lungs with tar and infusing your bloodstream with what you really desire..

Say Hello to Quitspeed.com! The Quit Smoking Site.

This site was started for the purpose of documenting my journey to being smoke free. As a side benefit, I’d like to promote discussion on quitting smoking, helpers and aids to stopping smoking cigarettes, how support can help you, how you can learn more and so on.

Together stopping is not so difficult, but doing it purely on your own is quite hard!
